During my free time I like to draw pictures and play a variety of sports. I like to visit family members in Jamaica and traveling to different places. Evie Leslie is a thirteen-year-old with a passion for writing. Among her love for literature is a fondness for art. She enjoys painting and digital art but also loves hanging out with her friends. Evie lives in Louisville, Colorado with her mom, dad, a dog named Friday, and annoying younger sister. She enjoys being outside in the Colorado nature and is a part of a Girl Scout troop that combines almost everything she loves: Friends, nature, and art.

She would like to thank her mom for typing the two notebooks worth of story; Evie prefers the older method of writing in pencil on paper (to the vast disapproval of her parents). She would also like to thank her dad, who says that Evie’s handwriting looks “Like an angry chicken with a pencil in its mouth,” for encouraging her to learn to type.
